Awards Pulse provides a drafting and intelligence platform to assist organizations in preparing award submissions. While our AI is designed for high-fidelity extraction and drafting, the final responsibility for submission accuracy rests with you.

Content you upload is stored in private, access-controlled storage and is visible only to your workspace (and, for agency-managed workspaces, your agency's staff). Awards Pulse does not use your proprietary draft responses or case studies to train public models. How we collect, process, and share data — including AI processing by third-party model providers — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You retain full ownership of all drafts generated by the platform. Awards Pulse grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the AI-generated outputs for the purpose of award applications and corporate marketing.

Users agree not to use the platform to generate misleading or fraudulent claims. We provide tools for articulation, not fabrication. Attempts to deceive industry governing bodies may result in immediate account suspension.
